Getting started with the Candlelight Voice App is very easy. Here is a step-by-step guide:
>Download the apps:
>>>Parent App (purple icon) on the parent’s device
>>>Child App (green icon) on the child’s device
>Enter your email address
>Use the default OTP: 123456
>Enter your name and your child’s name
>Connect the Child App:
>>>On the Parent App, go to Settings > Connect Child, and a QR code will appear
>>>On the Child App, select Connect Child and scan the QR code
>Use the default OTP again: 123456
Once this is complete, the app is ready to use. You can also watch the onboarding video for extra guidance.
Please note: The app is currently available only for iOS (iPhones and iPads) and is not yet available for Android devices.
